How long will it take to receive my products?

Items usually ship within 1-3 business days and shipping times varying between 1-4 business days.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

This is rare as pet products are usually pretty robust, but if it does happen, contact us via the customer service email immediately and we will provide a return label with instructions. Upon inspection a refund will be issued for the full amount or a replacement product sent.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you're returning an item simply because you've changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. However, if there's an error with the product sent or it's defective, we'll provide a return label at no cost to you.

How are proceeds from my purchase distributed to animal shelters?
